Are your research chemicals for human consumption?
No. All research chemicals sold by Darkchem are NOT for human consumption and are intended for laboratory research use only. These research chemicals are NOT intended to treat, prevent, cure, or mitigate disease. It must be riterated that all Darkchem research chemicals are NOT for human consumption.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
All Darkchem products come with a 14 day money-back guarantee. This means that if by any chance you are at all unsatisfied with your product within 14 days of delivery or proof of goods we will issue a refund or provide compensation.
What’s the difference between powder, solution, tablet or capsule?
When it comes to the potency and purity of a chemical, nothing. There is no difference between a powder, solution, tablet or capsule. Our research chemicals are not for human consumption therefore we currently only offer our research chemicals in form of liquid/solution.
Do all of your research chemicals have third party lab reports?
Absolutely. All COAs can be found on the relevant product pages by clicking on the “Lab report” tab located next to the add to cart button or also found on next to the research chemical discription. Darkchem is also one of the only research chemical companies that also provides QR codes on each bottle that can be scanned to see the results of that chemcials unique batch so you’re always aware of the chemcials purity and concentration. We gaurentee that our researrch chemical third party test data always tests over 98% and never underdosed.
Will my research chemical come with a measuring tool?
Yes! All bottled solution research chemcials comes with a 1ml marked dropper.
What is a MG vs ML?
MG = The abbreviation for milligram.
ML = The abbreviation for milliliter.
example: 20MG/ML
= 1ml (milliliter) dosed at 20MG

What is your Shipping & Returns Policy?

How will it take for my order to be delivered?
Once your order is processed, it will ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays.) The general time of arrival for orders shipped for US customers is 2-5 business days. If your order has not recieved an update within 2-5 business days email our 24/7 customer service team at info@darkchem.com to get an update on your order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free USPS Priority Mail on all USA orders.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You will start receiving tracking updates via email once your order is processed and printed. Expect updates 24 hours after your label has been created.
What does “Pre-shipment, shipping label created, USPS awaiting item” mean?
Don’t be alarmed, a “Pre-shipment” means that your order has indeed already departed our 3pl and is awaiting an initial scan by USPS. Once your initial scan is logged your order will proceed as usual. It isn’t uncommon for packages to miss an entry scan and receive a scan midway through its journey to you.

What does a Darkchem Package look like?
Our packaging is non-descript and there are no markings that suggest the contents.
My order was damaged during shipment
Ensuring the safe arrival of your order is our top priority, unfortunately damaged packages caused by carriers can occur. If your order is indeed damaged please contact us immediately via email or social media with photographic evidence. We guarantee all of our orders and will reship your damaged items once verified.
My tracking states it has been delivered but I did not receive my package
